About me
That's me
I believe in aesthetics that move, and in planning that carries meaning.
For me, weddings are not projects - they are stories of light, emotion, and movement.
Between structure and feeling, what remains is atmosphere.
I believe in the power of moments – in that intangible something that emerges when everything aligns: people, emotions, colors, scents, light, music, movement.
Perhaps this belief comes from having experienced, firsthand, what a wedding truly means.
In September 2023, in Tuscany, my husband and I celebrated for three days – the way you do only once in a lifetime.
A pizza party beneath olive trees as a welcome evening.
A ceremony in a historic church in Montalcino.
An evening in a villa filled with voices, candlelight, and rain.
The storm arrived just as we began to dance – and turned the night into a living spectacle of light, fabric, and feeling.
Nothing was accidental, yet everything felt effortless.
Those days showed me that true beauty is born where emotion meets intention – where every detail carries meaning and atmosphere becomes the heart of the experience.
At the time, I couldn’t find a wedding planner who could unite style and soul.
Today, I have become that person.
Essenza by Dayana – The Wedding Atelier is my answer to that longing: for authenticity, for beauty with depth, for moments that remain.
I live and work between Germany and Italy – guided by a deep love for detail, an instinct for atmosphere, and accompanied by my dog Bonny, who moves through each celebration as if she already understands the rhythm of the day.
My roots lie in Ecuador and Italy – two cultures that differ greatly, yet both have shaped my sensitivity for emotion, elegance, and human connection.
From my mother, I inherited the ability to bring people together, to fill spaces with life, and to turn encounters into lasting memories.
From an early age, I was drawn to gatherings – long tables, shared meals, laughter, music.
That quiet moment when warmth spreads through a room and everyone senses they are part of something meaningful.
As long as I can remember, I have been hosting – intimate dinners, celebrations, moments that linger.
Friends tell me they still remember these evenings years later.
Not because of the décor or the food, but because of the atmosphere.
Because it was honest. Because it stirred something.
That is my essence – the Essenza.
Today, I travel to Italy several times a year, often to Tuscany – no distance too far, no journey too long.
This is where I draw inspiration: from the light, the scents, the silence between two cypress trees.
All of it flows into my work – into every palette, every atmosphere, every carefully composed moment.
I am a certified wedding planner (IHK), because aesthetics alone are not enough.
Behind every beautiful moment lies structure, expertise, and experience – enabling seamless planning on an international level.
Whether in German, English, Italian, or Spanish, I work with couples who share one common language: that of elegance and emotion.
My weddings are not concepts.
They are compositions.
Of intuition, aesthetics, and a quiet elegance that cannot be explained – only felt.
